Looking West while standing on Seal Beach has this look. There are many refineries in Wilmington and many ships putting exhaust into the air. There is so much junk in the air that the sun line is parsed by all the pollutant molecules. It may be bad for everyones health, but the purples, pinks, and oranges and yellows are a sight that everyone should see.
